We do try our best to make your experience an enjoyable one. In order for you to receive the best service from us during your stay, please note the following term listed below.

Terms of payment:

  • 25% non-refundable deposit on confirmation of booking. 

  • A balance of 3 non-refundable payments to be made in equal distribution until a week prior to arrival date. 

  • Should a booking be made less than 3 months in advance, a 50% non-refundable deposit on confirmation and a non-refundable balance of payment a week prior to arrival are required. 

  • A breakage deposit will be applied to all bookings.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • No all male or student parties allowed.

  • No dogs allowed.

  • No smoking in the house.

  • No more than the specified amount of people booked (for example, even if a child shares a bed with an adult, they will be counted as an individual).

 

Cancellation policy:

  • In the case of a cancellation, the terms of payment will still apply. 

  • If we are able to re-let the accommodation, the difference will be refunded, less an administration fee.
